Terms of Service

Jetzo organizes your travel bookings into trips. You can add bookings by hand or connect a Gmail account so the app can find booking confirmation emails and extract their details. Jetzo only shows information and reminders: it never books, changes or cancels anything on your behalf, and links take you to the provider's own site.

You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your sign-in details secure and for the Gmail accounts you connect: connect only mailboxes that you own or are allowed to use.

With your permission we access Gmail read-only to find travel booking emails. How we handle that data, including that email content is processed transiently and not stored, is described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect a Gmail account, delete your account, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions at any time.

Booking details are extracted automatically (by built-in parsers and, if enabled, an AI provider) and may be incomplete or wrong. Currency conversions use reference rates and are estimates. Always check important details such as dates, times, cancellation deadlines and prices with the provider before relying on them. We are not responsible for losses caused by relying on extracted information.

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other users' data, to break or overload the service, to reverse-engineer it for abuse, or to use it for anything unlawful.

You can use Jetzo for free. If paid plans are offered, their price and terms are shown before you pay. Paid access is a subscription you choose before paying: yearly (currently USD 9.99 per year, renews automatically every year) or monthly (currently USD 2.99 per month, renews automatically every month), until you cancel; payments are processed by PayPal. You can cancel at any time in Settings or in your PayPal account; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for (year or month) and are not charged again. If a payment is refunded or reversed, paid access ends.

Your data stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete it at any time.

Links to airlines, hotels, booking sites and other providers, and Google services, are governed by those providers' own terms. We are not responsible for their content or services.

You can stop using Jetzo and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, and we may change or discontinue the service; if we discontinue it we will give reasonable notice so you can take note of your bookings.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, missed bookings, deadlines or travel, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 50 if you paid nothing).

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version; for material changes we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect.
