Your AI travel agent that works for you

Jetzo reads your booking emails on its own and builds one day-by-day timeline for each trip, from every airline, hotel site and rental company. Then it helps you manage it: cancellation deadlines, forgotten double bookings and what you've spent.

  • Read-only Gmail access
  • Never books or cancels for you

Every kind of booking, organized automatically

  • Flights
  • Hotels & rentals
  • Car rentals
  • Tours & activities
  • Restaurants
  • Events & tickets
  • Trains, buses & ferries

Built for the whole trip, not one piece of it

Most travel tools watch one kind of booking. StayHawk is about hotels, AutoSlash is about car rentals. Jetzo covers everything you booked for the trip.

Single-purpose trackers

Great at one category. You still keep the flights, the other hotel, the tours and the dinner reservations in your inbox.

Your inbox

Everything is technically there, spread across dozens of emails, languages and formats. Deadlines are easy to miss.

Jetzo

One timeline per trip with every booking, plus reminders and checks across all of them.

How it works

Three steps. The first one takes about a minute.

  1. 01

    Connect Gmail

Sign in with Google and allow read-only access. We look for booking confirmations; we can't send, delete or change anything.

  2. 02

    We organize it

Bookings are grouped into trips and laid out day by day, with confirmation numbers, times, addresses and prices.

  3. 03

    We alert you

Before a free-cancellation window closes, or when two bookings overlap, you'll see it. You decide what to do.

Help managing the trip, not just storing it

Everything is computed from your own bookings. We point things out; you stay in control.

Day-by-day timeline

Each trip becomes a clear itinerary: what's happening each day, where, and with which confirmation number.

Free-cancellation reminders

When a booking email includes a free-cancellation date, we count down to it and remind you before it passes.

Duplicate and overlap checks

Two hotels on the same night, or the same booking imported twice? We flag it so a forgotten booking doesn't cost you.

Spend overview

See what each trip costs, by flights, hotels, cars, activities and restaurants. Shown per currency, never converted with made-up rates.

Hotel price-drop alerts

We regularly check whether a hotel you booked got cheaper for the same dates while you can still cancel for free, and alert you if it did. Jetzo never books or cancels anything for you.

Add and edit anything

Fix a date, add a price, or add a booking by hand. Bookings that don't fit a trip wait in their own list.

Your email, your bookings, your decisions

We built Jetzo to be useful without being pushy or nosy.

We only alert and suggest

Jetzo never books, cancels or changes anything on your behalf. Links take you to the provider's own site.

Read-only access

We ask Google for read-only Gmail access and only process booking-related emails. We can't send or delete mail.

AI you can switch off

Booking emails are read by an AI provider (Anthropic) so details come out right for every provider and language. You can turn this off in Settings.

Disconnect any time

Remove a Gmail account from Settings whenever you like. Our privacy policy explains what we keep and why.

Questions

What exactly does Jetzo do?

It finds booking confirmations in your Gmail, groups them into trips and shows each trip as a timeline. It then points out things worth your attention, like an upcoming free-cancellation deadline or two hotels booked for the same night.

Will it ever book or cancel something for me?

No. Jetzo only alerts and suggests. Any change happens on the provider's site, by you.

What can it see in my Gmail?

We request read-only access and search for travel booking emails. We can't send, delete or modify your email. Email content is processed in memory during a sync and is not stored: we keep only the extracted booking details (dates, confirmation numbers, places, prices, a link to the booking) and the email's id so you can open it in Gmail.

Which bookings are supported?

Flights, hotels and other stays, car rentals, tours and activities, restaurant reservations, event tickets, trains, buses and ferries. You can also add any booking by hand.

Do you use AI to read my emails?

Yes, by default. Emails that look like travel bookings are sent to an AI provider (Anthropic), which extracts the dates, confirmation numbers, places and prices. Other email isn't sent, and we don't keep a copy of the email text. You can turn AI reading off in Settings; then only our built-in readers are used, and some bookings may be missed.

Does it work with Outlook or other email?

Not yet. Gmail is supported today.

How do the spend totals handle different currencies?

Totals are shown per currency. If you pick a display currency (Settings or the Expenses page), each booking is also converted at the official ECB rate on its booking date, with the original amount shown next to it. Currencies without an ECB rate are left unconverted and marked.

How much does it cost?

Your first trip is free, with every feature and no credit card. To use Jetzo on all your trips, subscribe for $9.99 a year or $2.99 a month, paid through PayPal. Plans renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Which languages is it available in?

The whole app is available in English, Hebrew (with a right-to-left layout), Spanish and French. English is the default; switch any time from the language menu.
